Is there a problem with the update server thing?
Where you go to update, even when there wasn't one, in the top left after it searched it would show my name and serial number and say either no new updates or show the updates. But for the last week it just keeps saying loading and the little circle keeps spinning? -

The server has been slow for quite some time now but there has been reports of
certain tools behaving just like yours and not updating, the is a post on the FAQ
section of the forum explaining how to fix that issue. God luck. -
